Beginning her career as a case manager, Amber has spent time at every level of care, including providing direct client care in clinical settings, overseeing admissions processes, and contributing to business development. Her comprehensive experience has allowed her to identify gaps in care and focus on practical solutions to better serve clients and families. Amber enjoys helping others and navigating the complexities of behavioral healthcare.

As Director of Operations, Amber has been instrumental in driving organizational growth and strategic expansion. Over the past two years, she successfully led NRT’s growth from two programs to five, including the expansion of the virtual program into the state of Wyoming, significantly increasing service accessibility.

With extensive expertise in behavioral healthcare, Amber specializes in outreach, program development, and strategic planning. She coordinates educational events, implements effective marketing strategies, and builds robust referral networks to support continued growth. Certified as an Addiction Specialist, she leverages her skills in teamwork, program design, problem-solving, and proficiency with EMR/CRM systems to optimize operations and enhance service delivery.

Amber’s leadership is defined by her ability to execute strategic initiatives that create measurable impacts, both within the organization and for individuals seeking treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her husband and daughter, including softball, camping, and traveling. Amber is dedicated to making behavioral health resources more accessible and fostering positive change within the community.
